Sharp Corporation will introduce into the Japanese market three new digital full-color MFP models. The MX-2610FN, MX-3110FN, and MX-3610FN all feature a large 10.1-inch touchscreen color LCD in a lightweight, compact body.
These models are equipped with a large 10.1-inch touchscreen color LCD and an easily mastered user interface that supports intuitive finger flick operation. Scanned documents are displayed on the LCD screen, enabling users to use finger touches to easily perform operations such as confirming document content, changing page order, and deleting pages, leading to fewer unintended printing mistakes. In addition, functions to improve efficiency of office work have also been expanded and improved, including direct access to the Internet from the control panel without using a PC, and being able to print web pages*1 displayed on the large color LCD screen.
Further, these models deliver high environmental performance thanks to an eco-learning feature as well as by reducing power consumption by approximately 67% compared to predecessor models*2 resulting from a significantly shorter warm-up time and holding down power consumption when on network standby. Additionally, a wide range of solution services is supported to improve efficiency of office operations via connecting with PCs and other devices.
