Sharp MFPs bring office equipment, cloud services, and people together, making it easy to work smarter in any style. Upload documents to the cloud for effortless sharing with your team, then access them on your mobile device—even when you’re out of the office. It all adds up to faster workflows, greater agility, and smarter collaboration.

Cloud Service Connection*
From the MFP’s control panel, you can upload to or print from various cloud-based services. Apps for these services can be installed on the MFP via Sharp’s Application Portal, and update alerts ensure that you’re always using the latest versions.

Microsoft Entra ID

The MFP supports Microsoft Entra ID, a secure cloud-based service for managing user identities and controlling device access. Token-based authentication gives you safe and easy access to any Microsoft service with a single login.
Link Mobile Devices
Mobile devices installed with the Sharpdesk Mobile application*¹ can connect directly to the MFP for printing or downloading scanned data. The MFP also supports AirPrint*² and the Sharp Print Service Plugin*².

Secure

As network technology evolves, security threats are multiplying and cyberattacks are growing more sophisticated. That’s why Sharp MFPs offer multiple layers of protection, including automatic recovery features that respond to unauthorized access or system anomalies, as well as the latest firmware updates—to safeguard both the device and your valuable data.

BIOS/Firmware Security

When booting up, the MFP checks for any anomalies in the BIOS/firmware. If it finds a problem, it aborts the startup and launches an automatic BIOS recovery. By verifying the firmware, the BIOS protects the MFP system. If there are other firmware-related issues, the MFP will attempt recovery to protect the system.
Virus Detection*
Using the Bitdefender scan engine, the MFP defends against virus attacks on itself and connected devices. It scans for viruses and prevents the MFP from transmitting them to other devices like laptops and PCs.

Online Firmware Updates

The MFP’s firmware can be automatically updated—without the need for service operation—via a firmware update service. That way you’re always using the latest system for your MFP.

Eco-friendly

With global warming, resource depletion, and mounting waste posing ever greater challenges, urgent action is needed to protect the planet. Sharp MFPs are built with a greener future in mind. Our eco-friendly materials and energy-saving technologies reflect our commitment to sustainability.

Recycled Plastic

Recycled plastic makes up approximately 50% of the total plastic used in the MFP’s main body. Using less new material helps to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing.
Eco Packaging
Sharp has reduced plastic waste by using recyclable corrugated cardboard instead of polystyrene foam for the MFP’s packaging.

Energy-Efficient
This energy-efficient MFP has a low power consumption of only 0.3 W (200 V) in network standby mode. Various energy-saving technologies lead to an impressively low TEC value*.
