At DGP Mobile Award 2026, organized by the DGP Executive Committee within Ongen Publishing Co., Ltd., the smartphone AQUOS sense10 received both the Jury Special Award and the Gold Award in the Smartphone Basic Category, while AQUOS wish5 received the Entry Category Award.

The DGP Mobile Award, now in its fifth year, is an award dedicated to smartphone cameras. It recognizes a wide range of solutions related to smartphone cameras, including taking, viewing, and preserving images.
For smartphones, four categories are defined: Premium, Standard, Basic, and Entry. Entries were rigorously evaluated by professional photographers and critics active in specialist media, and only products recognized by these experts were selected.

AQUOS sense10 is a mid-range model in the AQUOS series. While its design remains the same as that of its predecessor, AQUOS sense9, its camera image quality has been significantly improved, delivering a level of consistency comparable to higher-end models. It features optical image stabilization, enabling natural-looking night and HDR photography. Its convenient shadow-removal function now supports not only food photography but also documents, and even includes distortion correction. With long battery life as well, this is a highly capable and exceptionally well-balanced model that brings together manageable size, affordable pricing, and stable image quality.

A device refined for excellent ease of use, including AI-powered camera features
The greatest appeal of AQUOS sense10 lies in its polished ease of use. Compared with its predecessor, the processor has been upgraded and AI performance has improved significantly. The camera system, a major highlight, includes an approximately 50.3-megapixel main camera and an ultra-wide camera. In particular, the main camera adopts the same 1/1.55-inch sensor used in higher-end models, an impressively premium specification. It also features "Showcase Mode," which automatically removes reflections from glass, as well as a function that automatically removes shadows from food and text. Together with its simple, understated design, this makes for a very well-balanced smartphone.
