The following symbols are used in this manual.

| “ ” | Names and inputs of folders, files, apps, and functions. Also reference pages of the manual. |

| > | The display order on the control panel. It is used as [Item name] > [Item name]. |
| “ ” | A manual to be referenced. |
- Description in this manual such as print speed and feed capacity assumes 65 g/m² paper.
- “Heavy weight paper” indicates paper whose weight is 221 g/m² or more, and “light weight paper” indicates paper whose weight is 106 g/m² or less.
- “Long paper” indicates paper whose is 488.1 mm landscape or larger.
- There are two paper loading directions: Long Edge Feed and Short Edge Feed.
- The width, length, front edge, rear edge, top, and bottom of paper indicate the following positions. (For the Large Capacity Tray and Bypass Tray, the feeding direction is opposite.)
